Applicant must be Cisco Certified (CCNA or higher). Applicant must have thorough knowledge of Cisco hardware, internetworking fundamentals, and Cisco's IOS. Knowledge of BGP a definite plus.
Citrix Network Specialist:
Applicant must be Citrix Certified (CCA or higher). Applicant must have thorough knowledge of Windows NT, Windows 2000 Server, MS Terminal Server, Citrix Metaframe and Citrix XP.
PC Technician:
Applicant must be knowledgeable of pc computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Thorough knowledge of hardware interrupts, I/O address, and troubleshooting techniques required. Minimum 2 years of experience required. A+ certification a definite plus.
Document Imaging Specialist:
Applicant must be knowledgeable of production scanners, optical storage, and document imaging and management systems. Knowledge of Laserfiche, Ascent, OTG, or OnBase a definite plus.
